The VPL-DX221 has a standard throw ratio, so you will have some flexibility in where you would like to mount the projector to achieve the desired screen size.

The vertical keystone correction is a feature that can help with installation – if you cannot mount your projector directly centre of the screen then the keystone correction will move the image slightly to help. It is also lightweight at only 2.7KGs so you can use it as a portable projector too.

It has some great connectivity options including HDMI, VGA, Audio and Video. You will be able to connect to a couple of sources without swapping the cables around. The LCD technology will produce realistic colours. The 10,000 Lamp Hours will be sure to last you quite a long time so no need to worry about replacing your lamp anytime soon. Auto Start and Quick Power Off gets you up and running quickly and powered down quickly so you are not having to wait around. There are some picture modes  so you can choose which effect you would like.

At a 2800 lumens, the VPL-DX221 has a good brightness but if the room is particularly bright you may have to dim the lighting a little or close the blinds/curtains. There is a 1W built in speaker but for a larger audience you will have to attach extra speakers.
