High-capacity backup with expandable runtime
The SMX2200XLRT2U provides 1.92kW of battery backup with a runtime of 11.9 minutes at half load (960W) and 5 minutes at full load (1920W). Its hot-swappable VRLA batteries are user-replaceable via a front-access panel and support extended runtime through external packs like BP48V60RT-3U and BP48V27-2US.

Advanced automatic voltage regulation (AVR)
AVR actively corrects both high and low voltages without switching to battery power. It reduces overvoltages (244–278V) by 12% and boosts undervoltages (183–206V) by 12%, and severe undervoltages (158–182V) by 24%, ensuring consistent 230V output.

Pure sine wave output and frequency compatibility
The UPS produces a pure sine wave output in battery mode, supporting sensitive electronics. It auto-adjusts to 50/60Hz environments and offers output voltage regulation of ±5% during battery operation and -15%, +6% in line mode.
