How do I place an order on Rapidtech Digital Solutions?
To place an order:
- Browse our website and select your desired products.
- Add them to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout, where you’ll need to provide your contact and shipping information.
- Select your payment method (COD, MPESA, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Confirm your order and wait for an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders within Nairobi and surrounding areas (up to KES 10,000).
- MPESA Payment: Pay via our Paybill Number 516600, Account Number: 555 289.
- Bank Transfer/EFT: Direct payments to our bank account (proof of payment required).
- Cash Payment: Payments can also be made at our physical location at Tom Mboya Street, Kai Plaza, 4th Floor.
For payments over KES 500,000 (including VAT), please ensure payment is made via bank transfer.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your shipment through our partner carriers.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled without written consent from Rapidtech Digital Solutions. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it becomes an irrevocable offer to purchase goods.

What are your delivery policies?
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on location and stock availability. You will receive updates once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges apply based on location and product size/weight. Flat rate charges will be shown at checkout however delivery charges vary depending on your location.
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is complete when a signed delivery note is obtained from you or your representative.
- Third-Party Delivery: We may use third-party carriers for delivery. If you opt for your own carrier, we are not liable for any issues arising during delivery.

What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please:
- Contact us within 2 business days of receiving the goods.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items, and any discrepancies.
For incorrect items or defective goods, we offer replacements or repairs under warranty. However, no refunds are provided.

What are your warranty policies?
- Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if the goods are misused, altered, or damaged by unauthorized personnel. The warranty also excludes damages caused by lightning, liquids, or physical damage.
- Defective Goods: You can return defective goods under warranty for repair or replacement. However, no cash refunds are provided.
- Refurbished Products: Factory-refurbished items may have a limited warranty and could show signs of wear, but they are fully tested for functionality.

How do I return items?
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Unwanted Goods: Returns must be made within 7 business days. The items must be unused and in their original packaging with accessories and manuals intact. No refunds will be provided.
- Incorrect Orders: If the goods don’t match your order, you can return them within 7 business days. We may charge a reasonable fee if the items are not in their original condition.
- Defective Goods: If goods are faulty and within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or repair.
Note: Returns are not accepted for opened software or customized items.

How long does it take to repair a product?
Repairs may take up to 12 weeks if the product is being repaired by the original manufacturer. During this time, the Client is responsible for any shipping costs for sending the item to us.
We will notify you when your product is ready for pickup.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for returned stock. However, credit will remain on your account for one year. This credit can be used for future purchases with Rapidtech Digital Solutions.

Can I return a product after it has been used?
Returns of used products are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged within the warranty period. Please contact us within 7 business days if you have concerns about a product.

What if my payment is overdue?
If your payment is overdue, Rapidtech Digital Solutions reserves the right to:
- Suspend all services, including warranty services.
- Suspend deliveries or refuse orders.
- Take action to recover outstanding amounts.
We may also charge bank fees for processing overdue payments.

Do you offer services for business clients or large orders?
Yes, we cater to business clients and offer special pricing and credit facilities for large orders and for those who meet our credit terms. Please contact us directly to discuss custom pricing or credit terms.
For businesses, we also provide ICT solutions like servers, networking equipment, and enterprise software.
