- Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders within Nairobi and surrounding areas (up to KES 10,000).

For payments over KES 500,000, use bank transfer.

Note: Returns not accepted for opened software or customized items.
Repairs may take up to 12 weeks if done by the original manufacturer. Client pays shipping to us. Notification provided when product is ready for pickup.
Yes, for some orders like wrong items shipped. Sometimes we issue a credit note valid for 1 year, usable for future purchases.
