Payment Terms

At Rapidtech Networks Limited, we provide secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs. Kindly review the following terms to ensure a smooth payment and delivery process.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for Nairobi orders valued at KES 10,000 or less.
  • For orders above KES 10,000 or deliveries outside Nairobi, full payment must be made in advance before dispatch.
  • COD has no additional charges.
  • Cash payments can also be made at our office:
    Town House, Kaunda Street, 4th Floor, Room 406, Nairobi, Kenya

M-PESA Payments

You can conveniently pay via M-PESA Paybill:

  1. Go to M-PESA menu → Lipa na M-PESA
  2. Select Paybill and enter: 100400
  3. Enter Account Number: RDS
  4. Input the amount due as per your invoice/quotation
  5. Enter your M-PESA PIN and press OK
  6. Forward the M-PESA confirmation SMS to +254 722 555 289 (WhatsApp/SMS)

This method applies to all orders within Nairobi and upcountry.
For large transactions exceeding KES 500,000, please contact us for alternate arrangements.

Bank Transfer / RTGS / EFT / Pesalink

Payments can also be made directly to our bank account:

Note:

  • Always ensure the payment reference matches your invoice number.
  • Send proof of payment via WhatsApp (+254 722 555 289) or Email (sales@rapidtech.co.ke) for faster processing.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once payments are received and confirmed.

Cheque Payments

  • All cheques must be made payable to Rapidtech Networks Limited.
  • Goods will only be shipped after the cheque clears with our bank.
