Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is only applicable for orders within Nairobi and its environs for amounts KES 10,000 or less.
• For orders worth KES 10,000 and above, or for any orders outside Nairobi, full payment must be made in advance before delivery.
• Cash payments can also be made directly at our CBD shop.

MPESA Payment:

For payments via M-PESA, follow these steps:

• Open your Safaricom SIM Tool Kit or MySafaricom App.
• Select the M-PESA menu and choose “Lipa na M-PESA.”
• Select “Paybill” and enter Rapidtech Digital Solutions Paybill number: 516600. Press “OK.”
• Enter the Account Number: 555289, then press “OK.”
• Enter the Amount (as shown on your Invoice or Checkout page).
• Enter your M-PESA PIN and press “OK.”
• Forward the M-PESA confirmation message to us via WhatsApp or SMS at +254 (0) 722 555 289.

This payment method is available for all orders within Nairobi and upcountry, except for large orders exceeding KES 500,000.

Bank Deposit / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer):

• Payments can be made directly to the Rapidtech Digital Solutions Bank Account.
• The Client must ensure that accurate payment referencing is provided in line with the invoice details to facilitate quick processing.
• Proof of payment must be forwarded to us to enable the processing of the order. Proof can be sent via email or WhatsApp to +254 722 555 289.
• Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.
