Shipping & Delivery Terms
These Shipping & Delivery Terms govern your use of www.rapidtech.co.ke (“Website”) operated by Rapidtech Networks Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
At Rapidtech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our shipping or delivery services, we’re here to help.
Delivery Fees
Rapidtech Networks Limited reserves the right to charge delivery fees as applicable, based on the specified rates at the time of delivery.
Proof of Delivery
Any delivery note (either a copy or original) signed by the CLIENT or their authorized representative or nominated agent, and held by Rapidtech Networks Limited, shall be considered conclusive proof of delivery to the CLIENT.
Partial Deliveries
Rapidtech Networks Limited may, with the CLIENT’s prior consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), deliver goods in separate shipments or on different dates, at its discretion.
Third-Party Transport by CLIENT
If the CLIENT arranges for third-party transport of the goods, the CLIENT shall indemnify Rapidtech Networks Limited against any claims or issues arising from such arrangements or their execution.
Third-Party Transport by Rapidtech Networks Limited
Rapidtech Networks Limited may, at its discretion, engage a third party to deliver the goods to the CLIENT’s designated address. The CLIENT shall bear all associated transport and delivery costs.
Special Delivery Requests
If the CLIENT requests a more expensive method of delivery than the standard option used by Rapidtech Networks Limited, a written request must be submitted. Upon approval, the CLIENT will be invoiced and held liable for any additional delivery costs.
Delivery Delays
Rapidtech Networks Limited does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. The CLIENT shall not hold Rapidtech Networks Limited responsible for any losses resulting from reasonable delays beyond our control. Orders may not be canceled based on such delays.
Inspection Upon Receipt
The CLIENT is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt to ensure they meet the ordered specifications in terms of quality, quantity, and condition.
Any discrepancies (e.g., damages, short deliveries) must be reported within two (2) business days of receipt.
Evaluation, Approval, or Consignment Goods
Goods taken on evaluation, approval, demonstration, or consignment will be deemed sold if not returned in perfect condition (including original packaging, accessories, and manuals) within seven (7) working days from the date of issue.
