Warranty Information

At Rapidtech Networks Limited, we stand by the quality of the products we sell. Many of the goods we offer are covered by warranties provided directly by the manufacturer. However, please note that Rapidtech Networks Limited does not offer additional guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, and specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including any relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Products may carry a warranty provided by the manufacturer. The terms, duration, and conditions of these warranties vary by product and brand. Warranty support will be provided according to the original manufacturer’s terms.

Rapidtech Networks Limited will only honor warranties for items purchased directly from us, and warranty claims must be supported by the original tax invoice as proof of purchase.

When the Warranty is Void

Warranty coverage becomes null and void in the following cases:

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions: Using the product outside of the prescribed usage guidelines.
  • Physical damage or misuse: Damage caused by dropping, impact, tampering, or exposure to liquids.
  • Unauthorized repairs or installation: Servicing done by unauthorized technicians.
  • Missing or tampered seal: Products with broken seals not handled by Rapidtech or an authorized agent.
  • No tax invoice: Claims submitted without a valid original invoice.
  • Surge or lightning damage: Unless explicitly agreed in writing, damage from power surges or lightning is not covered.
  • Visible signs of physical or liquid damage: Any signs of external damage void the warranty automatically.

Making a Warranty Claim

To process a warranty claim:

  • Return the product with all original packaging, power supplies, and accessories.
  • Provide the original tax invoice.
  • The item must be inspected and verified before repair, replacement, or credit is issued.

Rapidtech Networks Limited does not cover shipping costs for returns, unless the item is verified to be faulty and under warranty.

If no fault is found, or the item is outside of warranty, return costs are the responsibility of the client. If no replacement is available, a credit note may be issued.

Advanced Swap Option

In select cases, and by prior agreement, Rapidtech may offer an advance swap—sending a replacement before receiving the faulty unit. If the returned item is later found to be Not Faulty (No Fault Found – NFF), the client will be invoiced for the replacement unit in full.

Repairs and Processing

Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or international service centers. In such cases:

  • Repairs may take up to 12 weeks depending on the nature of the fault and manufacturer’s turnaround times.
  • Rapidtech’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or issuing a credit, based on the manufacturer’s decision.
  • If an item is not collected within 30 days after repair completion, we reserve the right to resell the item to recover repair costs.

Refurbished and Certified Refurbished Products

Refurbished products have been returned to the manufacturer or vendor and restored to working condition. While most are in near-new condition, some may show cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, etc.).

  • These items may include reused or replaced components.
  • Warranty terms for refurbished products vary by manufacturer.
  • Rapidtech provides limited support for refurbished items and warranty claims must follow manufacturer conditions.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must cover all shipping and handling costs when returning items for warranty.
  • Clients are responsible for collecting repaired or replaced items, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Rapidtech Networks Limited will not be held responsible for:

  • Losses or damages due to equipment failure or service interruptions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits.
  • Verbal or informal warranties—only written warranties apply.

Indemnity

By purchasing or using our products and services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rapidtech Networks Limited, its employees, subcontractors, and affiliates, from any third-party claims resulting from product defects or failure, whether apparent or hidden.
