Warranty Information

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Goods sold by Rapidtech Digital Solutions may be covered under the manufacturer’s specific product warranty. However, Rapidtech Digital Solutions disclaims all other warranties and guarantees, including those implied by common law or any warranties regarding the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods or services provided.

  1. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty for any product will be immediately null and void under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to adhere to manufacturer instructions: If the goods are not used in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, the warranty will be void.
  • Physical damage or misuse: Any goods that have been subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering, or improper maintenance will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Unqualified service or repairs: The warranty will be void if the goods are serviced, repaired, or installed by any party other than an authorized technician or service provider.
  • Missing tax invoice: If the goods are returned without the original tax invoice, the warranty will not be applicable.
  • Seal tampering: Any product whose seals have been broken or removed by anyone other than Rapidtech Digital Solutions or its authorized agent will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
  1. Validity of Warranty
  • Rapidtech Digital Solutions will only honor warranties from the date of purchase directly from our company. Any warranty claims will be processed exclusively with the original sales invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Lightning or Surge Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning or power surges unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by Rapidtech Digital Solutions. This includes damage to surge-protected power supplies.
  • Physical or Liquid Damage: Any physical or liquid damage detected on the goods will void the warranty. Such damage is not covered under any circumstances.
  1. Warranty Claim Process
  • Supporting Documents: To initiate a warranty claim, the CLIENT must provide the original tax invoice, and the goods must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and power supplies intact.
  • Exclusion of Implied Warranties: Rapidtech Digital Solutions specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No verbal or written statement made by any employee or representative of Rapidtech Digital Solutions shall be considered a warranty unless it is formally documented in writing.
  • Liability Limitations: Rapidtech Digital Solutions will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the CLIENT’s use of the goods or services, including, but not limited to, lost profits, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
  1. Return of Faulty Goods

The CLIENT is responsible for returning faulty or damaged goods to Rapidtech Digital Solutions for inspection, repair, or replacement. If no fault is found or if the product is out of warranty, the CLIENT is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product is found to be faulty and is either repaired or replaced, Rapidtech Digital Solutions will cover the cost of returning the item to the CLIENT.

If no replacement goods are available, the CLIENT may request a credit for the value of the product.

  1. Advanced Swap for Warranty Claims

At its discretion, Rapidtech Digital Solutions may offer an advance swap of equipment prior to receiving the returned faulty unit. This will be done only by prior arrangement with the CLIENT and requires mutual agreement. If the returned product is found to have no fault (No Fault Found, NFF), Rapidtech Digital Solutions will invoice the CLIENT for the cost of the replacement unit.

  1. CLIENT’s Responsibility
  • The CLIENT is responsible for any and all costs associated with returning the goods to Rapidtech Digital Solutions for warranty service, including shipping and handling.
  • The CLIENT is also responsible for collecting repaired or replaced units at their own cost unless otherwise agreed upon.
  1. Refurbished and Certified Refurbished Products Warranty

Refurbished Products are those returned to the manufacturer or third-party vendors for various reasons, such as user upgrades, unsold stock, or defects. These products undergo a thorough refurbishment and testing process to restore them to their original working condition.

  • Condition of Refurbished Products: While some refurbished products may appear as new, others may show minor signs of wear, such as scratches or dents. These products may contain used or replaced parts.
  • Warranty: Factory refurbished products come with a limited warranty, which varies depending on the manufacturer and the product. Rapidtech Digital Solutions provides minimal direct support for refurbished products, and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
  1. Repair Process
  • Repair Timeframe: Some repairs, especially those handled by the original manufacturer abroad, may take up to 12 weeks.
  • Liability: Rapidtech Digital Solutions’ liability under the manufacturer’s warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement of faulty goods, or the issuance of a credit. The CLIENT will be notified once repairs are completed.
  • Uncollected Repairs: If the repaired item remains uncollected for 30 (thirty) days after the CLIENT is notified, Rapidtech Digital Solutions reserves the right to sell the item to recover the cost of repair.
  1. Indemnity Clause

The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rapidtech Digital Solutions, including its employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries, from any third-party claims arising from or related to any defects, latent or otherwise, in goods or services provided by Rapidtech Digital Solutions.
