At Rapidtech Networks Limited, we provide secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs. Kindly review the following terms to ensure a smooth payment and delivery process.

1. Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for qualifying Nairobi orders valued at KES 10,000 or less.
  • For orders above KES 10,000 or deliveries outside Nairobi, full payment must be made before dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery does not attract an additional payment charge.
  • Cash payments can also be made at our Nairobi office.

2. M-PESA Payments

You can conveniently pay for your order using our M-PESA Paybill details:

How to Pay

  1. Open the M-PESA menu and select Lipa na M-PESA.
  2. Select Paybill.
  3. Enter the Business Number: 880100.
  4. Enter the Account Number: 544517.
  5. Enter the amount shown on your invoice or quotation.
  6. Enter your M-PESA PIN, confirm the details and press OK.
  7. Forward the M-PESA confirmation message to

    by WhatsApp or SMS.
M-PESA payments are accepted for orders within Nairobi and other locations across Kenya. For transactions exceeding KES 500,000, please contact us for alternative payment arrangements.

4. Cheque Payments

  • All cheques must be made payable to Rapidtech Networks Limited.
  • Goods will only be processed for dispatch after the cheque has cleared in our bank account.
