Return Policy

  1. Return of Unwanted Goods

If a CLIENT wishes to cancel an order, Rapidtech Digital Solutions may accept the return of unwanted goods under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery.
  • The goods must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any additional items that were included with the product.
  • The goods should be in “as new” condition, meaning they should not be used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Rapidtech Digital Solutions reserves the right to offset the value of any returned goods against any outstanding amounts due from the CLIENT. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, any return credit will be issued in the form of store credit or adjustments to any amounts owed.

  1. Return of Goods That Do Not Match the Order

In the event that the goods delivered do not match the CLIENT’s order, the CLIENT must:

  • Notify Rapidtech Digital Solutions as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
  • Return the goods to Rapidtech Digital Solutions within 7 (seven) business days after delivery.

If the goods are returned due to discrepancies between what was ordered and what was delivered, the following conditions apply:

  • The goods must be returned in original condition with the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • If the goods are returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, Rapidtech Digital Solutions may charge a reasonable fee, as allowed by the Consumer Protection Act, for the use of the goods during the time they were in the CLIENT’s possession. This fee may cover any consumption, depletion, or necessary restoration costs required to make the goods fit for re-stocking.
  1. Return of Defective Goods

If the goods are defective or malfunctioning, the CLIENT may return the items to Rapidtech Digital Solutions or its designated location at the CLIENT’s expense. Rapidtech Digital Solutions will take the following actions:

  • Replacement: If the item is still under warranty, Rapidtech Digital Solutions will replace the defective goods with items of the same or similar specification.
  • Repair: If replacement is not possible, we will repair the defective item to restore it to full working order.
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished, at the discretion of Rapidtech Digital Solutions.

Please note: No refunds will be provided for defective goods under this policy. Instead, the goods will be either replaced or repaired as per the above conditions.
