Shipping & Delivery Terms
Delivery Fees:
Rapidtech Digital Solutions reserves the right to charge delivery fees as applicable, based on the specified rates at the time of delivery.
Proof of Delivery:
Any delivery note (either a copy or original) signed by the CLIENT or their authorized representative or nominated agent, and held by Rapidtech Digital Solutions, shall be considered conclusive proof of delivery to the CLIENT.
Partial Deliveries:
Rapidtech Digital Solutions may, with the CLIENT’s prior consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), deliver the goods in separate shipments or on different dates, at its discretion.
Third-Party Transport by CLIENT:
If the CLIENT arranges for third-party transport of the goods, the CLIENT shall indemnify Rapidtech Digital Solutions against any claims or issues arising from such arrangements or their execution.
Third-Party Transport by Rapidtech Digital Solutions:
Rapidtech Digital Solutions may, at its discretion, engage a third party to deliver the goods to the CLIENT’s designated address. The CLIENT shall bear all associated transport and delivery costs.
Special Delivery Requests:
If the CLIENT requests a more expensive method of delivery than the standard option used by Rapidtech Digital Solutions, the CLIENT must submit a written request. Should Rapidtech Digital Solutions agree to the special delivery, the CLIENT will be charged for any additional delivery costs, which will be payable upon invoicing.
Delivery Delays:
Rapidtech Digital Solutions does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. The CLIENT shall not hold Rapidtech Digital Solutions responsible for any losses resulting from delays that are reasonable and beyond the control of Rapidtech Digital Solutions. Additionally, the CLIENT cannot cancel any order based on such delays. Delays caused by factors not attributable to Rapidtech Digital Solutions will be considered reasonable.
Inspection Upon Receipt:
The CLIENT is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt to ensure they meet the ordered specifications in terms of quality, quantity, and condition. Any discrepancies, such as partial deliveries or damages incurred during transport, must be reported to Rapidtech Digital Solutions within two (2) business days of receipt.
Evaluation, Approval, or Consignment Goods:
Goods taken on evaluation, approval, demonstration, or consignment by the CLIENT will be considered as sold if not returned to Rapidtech Digital Solutions in perfect condition (including original packaging, accessories, and manuals) within seven (7) working days from issue.
