Each GBX20 module supports 20 lines per page with 2 pages available, allowing a total of 40 lines per module for easy call management.

Expandable up to 160 contacts/extensions
Users can daisy-chain up to 4 GBX20 modules for support of up to 160 contacts or extensions, ideal for high-volume call environments.

Advanced call handling capabilities
The GBX20 supports busy lamp field (BLF), call park and pick-up, speed-dial, presence, intercom, call transfer, call forwarding, and voice conferencing.

Seamless integration with Grandstream IP phones
Designed for direct integration with Grandstream GRP2615 and GXV3350 phones, the GBX20 offers GUI control via the host phone and upgrades firmware directly over the host’s network.
